For centuries women have been putting one thing or another on their faces to stimulate the complexion, deep –clean the pores, tighten the surface tenure. The oldest and still the most effective cleansing mask is made of moistened clay. Some of the tips to get a glowy skin are:-
- Mask your skin: Mask should be of the kind that dries on the face and rinses off with water your individual skin type determines how often you should use a cleansing mask. For all types of skin-juice of one apple, I table spoon milk, Milltani Mitti-1, Talesoon, mix and apply. Don’t confine yourself to just one king of mask as skin likes a change.
- Get rid of dead cells: Mini dermabrasion helps slough off old, dead cells, leaves skin glowing. Do it with complexion brush, cleansing grains and scrubs, exfoliating lotions.
- Stem correctly:-Steaming your face over hot water opens the pores so they can be more effectively emptied of sebum and cellular debris. Throw in a handful of herbs, if you like by plain water works as well. Never steam face on boiling water first remove pot from the burner make a tent with towel let vapor waft upward.
- Exercise for facial lines: Tiny facial muscles benefit from frequent workouts. Try this simple EEE-OOO routine when you have a moment’s privacy. Stretch mouth into wide grin (say –Eee as you do it), then little circle (“Ooo”). Frowing and eyebrow rising are out if you want smooth unlined skin!
Stoke forehead to discourage lines, strengthen eyelid muscles by blinking lower lids with skin held tout at sides.
- Nourishing food good for skin: Eat plenty of protein, fresh fruit and vegetables, milk, whole grains. Try to eat as much raw food as you can take a spoonful of salad oil everyday. Save mineral rich water left in pot after steaming vegetables and use in stews and gravis.
Give up sugar, white bread and junk food. Skin nurturing vitamins:E,A,C . Lots of foods are good for skin both internally and externally, oatmeal, yogurt, butter milk, cider vinegar brewer’s yeast, avocados, cucumbers. Also, drink mineral water-flushes toxin out of the body keeps complexion glowing by contributing to gastro intestinal health.
- A skin Stimulant: Cold-water shock stimulates skin, gives a nice pink glow. Put a bunch of ice cubes in bowl; as they melt, splash the icy water over face many times.
