Good health is important of every men & women. It’s impossible to feel good if we’re tired, ill, cranky or in pain. The things that damage health are excesses of all kinds, addictive behavior, discordant relationships, poor diet, inadequate sleep and lack of physical fitness. We all need moderation is necessary for all forms of wellbeing.
Now, life has become more simple and easy. Everything we need is just a phone call away. This easy life has restricted humans to do that bit of physical exercise which is required to keep the body fit and healthy. Nutritive foods for maintaining health as well as cure of diseases. Nutrients are necessary for the proper functioning of mental, physical, metabolic, chemical and hormonal activities.
For our goods health we should feed the soul, nourish the body and work the mind – every day, not just occasionally.
Our daily routine work like cleaning our teeth, washing our bodies, using the toilet, sleeping and eating is not the enough activities for our goods health but there is more to physical fitness than that. Every person should do exercise by his body weight, size & posture wise so that it should be fun, easy and never excessive. It could be remove our stress of daily routines work.
All human being are emotional creatures whether we show our feelings outwardly or not. We should never to hide it or stop it in our mind/heart letting them flow naturally is the secret and we should open it especially the ones we find most uncomfortable.
Friends are also a part of our good time. So faithful friends keep working at self-knowledge and be honest with yourself and about yourself. Our best friends throw our worry as it’s a totally useless waste of energy.
We should do love & respect ourselves means to wellness as when we value yourself, we starts automatically look after our body, feed our mind with stimulating conversation, knowledge, reading and ideas, nourish our soul by a variety of pleasurable pursuits.
With a positive mind and a healthy body, there’s not much we can’t achieve.
If we do good care of ourselves it forced to change diet, get more sleep, exercise more etc
Remember, any amount of exercise is better than none at all and once you establish an exercise routine, you will probably find yourself exercising beyond the minimum one hour, three to five times a week required for good health.
