A general study shows that life’s days of the smoker have small life as comparison to non smoker and middle aged men who smoke, have high blood pressure and raised cholesterol levels by smoking.
The effects of smoking on smoker are serious and in many cases, deadly. The ingredients in cigarettes affect everything from the internal functioning of organs to the efficiency of the body’s immune system. The effects of cigarette smoking are destructive and widespread.

Death rates from heart disease, and to a lesser extent from other diseases, have steadily declined the early 1970s, resulting in substantial improvements in life expectancy. For the longer life smoker will have to stop smoking, changes in diet and lifestyle.

It is precisely this kind of very prolonged follow-up study that is necessary to get these results – which modest differences in heart risk factors can accurately predict significant differences in life expectancy.

If any one stop smoking or take measures to deal with high blood pressure or body weight, it will translate into increased life expectancy.

It also provides support for existing public health policies. Every public areas bans on smoking is very good efforts to lower saturated fats and salt, combined with medications for those at high risk of cardiovascular disease, when taken together will result in substantial improvements in life expectancy across the residents.

Smoking affects the function of the immune system and may increase the risk for respiratory and other infections will result could short life of smoker

Measuring and diagnosis of high blood pressure (hypertension) should be done using systolic blood pressure only in patient’s grey over 50 years, degree than using both systolic and diastolic as is current business.

Even if high blood pressure does cause symptoms, the symptoms are usually mild and nonspecific .Thus, high blood pressure often is labeled “the silent killer.”People who have high blood pressure typically don’t know it until their blood pressure is measured.

The risk of cardiovascular disease rises continuously as SBP increases from 115 mm Hg. Most international and national guidelines advocate a target of below 140 mm Hg, but there is a lack of evidence from prospective randomized clinical trials to define the best target for SBP treatment. The authors say: “Such trials are much needed and perhaps our call for a renewed focus on SBP will provide a catalyst for them to be designed.”

The patient will improve awareness and understanding of treatment objectives, and will ultimately lead to more effective treatment of high blood pressure. Such an initiative would have major public-health implications for the prevention of blood-pressure related cardiovascular disease.

It is of utmost importance to realize that high blood pressure can be unrecognized for years, causing no symptoms but causing progressive damage to the heart, other organs, and blood vessels.
